Atlas Copco Air Treatment – Premium Heatless Desiccant Air Dryer – CD+ CERADES

Atlas Copco’s CD+ Cerades heatless desiccant air dryer is the first to use the revolutionary Cerades desiccant developed and patented by Atlas Copco.

Compressed air is channelled straight through the solid honeycomb designed desiccant, as opposed to pushing through traditional loose-filled desiccant.

As a result of this we can enjoy:
– lower energy costs and minimum pressure drop.
– Better air quality thanks to no desiccant dust from decaying loose-filled desiccant.
– Longer desiccant lifepsan.
– No longer require outlet filtration to protect against desiccant dust.
– A reduced dryer size thanks to the increased flow capability.

The CD+ Cerades also has an optional upgrade to Atlas Copco’s high tech Touch controller for advanced monitoring and improved control. This also offers remote SmartLink monitoring of your dryer anytime and anywhere.

The package comes as standard with inlet filtration providing a true plug and play solution.

The range can offer ISO 8573-1 Class 3 or 2 water content for the protection of your downstream equipment.

Water Content: -20 to -40 degrees C PDP.
